Imported Vietnamese basa fish fillets (also known as swai), processed from live fish with skin, bones, and pins fully removed. The flesh is pristine white, silky-smooth, and virtually bone-free - safe and enjoyable for all ages including children and elderly. High in quality protein and omega fatty acids with minimal fat content, making it an ideal lean protein source for fitness enthusiasts. Uniformly cut and trimmed, perfect for sour soup fish, poached fish, pan-fry, or grill.

Cooking & Serving
Slice thinly, coat in egg-white slurry, cook in pickled cabbage broth, finish with sizzling chili oil for sour soup fish. Sear each side 3 minutes until golden with lemon and black pepper for pan-fry. Cook in spicy broth and top with blazing chili-Sichuan pepper oil for poached. Saute tomatoes until saucy, add water to boil, slide in fillets for 1 minute for tomato fish.
Storage
Freeze at -18°C for up to 12 months. Do not refreeze after thawing. For best texture, transfer to refrigerator (0-4°C) 12 hours before cooking for gradual thawing.
